CONTROL
The first sperm control is does visual in the collection bag it is weighed and subsequently it is determined, with special tool instrument the concentration it is and then proceeded to microscopic control.
The formula for the calculation of the N° of produced doses is the following:
N°doses = weight(in grams)*concentration(million)*%of vitality to the microscope/100/3 billion (sperms for dose)
Example:
collection 200 grs. concentration 300 million for gr. vitality 80%
N°doses = (200*300.000.000*80/100/3.000.000.000) = 16
a) Package
After having added necessary extender quantity for the production of the N° of doses calculated it is proceeded to the doses package.
